FFAT – First Frontier Appalachian Trail Authority
The project scope includes the construction of a new office and attached garage facility for First Frontier
Appalachian Trail Authority (FFAT) units. The new building is 4,035 gross square feet with a reception area,
administrative offices, restrooms, conference room, kitchen, garage, and utility spaces. Construction assemblies
consist of slab-on-grade floors, wood framed walls, and roof trusses. Exterior materials include metal panel siding,
stone veneer, storefront windows / doors, and asphalt roof shingles.
