The Work includes exterior masonry repairs and repointing over the entire exterior of the Field Maintenance Shop. Existing paint and stucco coating are to be removed using dustless abrasive blasting. Exterior CMU will be repainted following cleaning and repair work. Three exterior hollow metal doors and frames will be replaced. Existing steel windows will be replaced with new aluminum replica windows. New exterior lighting will be installed. Various exterior mechanical items will be deleted during the demolition and masonry repair phase.
