1. This project consists of primarily the following scope of work:
• Provide new heat recovery VRF system, with (4) indoor wall units and (1) branch selector
Unit.
• Provide local touch-screen control panel for control of entire VRF system.
2. The project requires routing of piping above existing lay-in ceilings, which shall be
protected and reinstalled in existing good condition.
3. The project requires close coordination with existing systems, piping and conduit routings.
Contractor shall field verify proper fit for proposed systems, to ensure proper installation
and startup of new equipment.
