The Board of Clark County Commissioners (“County”) is inviting qualified firms (“Respondents”) to submit a written response (“Proposal) to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to develop a landfill gas (“LFG”) to renewable natural gas (“RNG”) project (“Project”) at Clark Floyd Landfill 14304 State Road 60, Borden, IN 47106 (“Landfill”).
