Lexington Center Corporation – Rupp Arena – First Floor Corridor Renovation
The Lexington Center Corporation is in the process of engaging a General Contractor to provide
various pre-construction and construction phase services for the Rupp Arena, First Floor
Corridor Renovation project. The project involves the renovation of the first floor corridor and
adjacent meeting room. This bid package involves new electrical, lighting, HVAC ductwork
revisions, fire protection, new walls and finishes. The successful bidder will be the General
Contractor selected by the Lexington Center Corporation.
