The project consists of renovation to the Bowman Field Annex Readiness Center located at 3600 Century Division Way, Louisville, KY 40205 for the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs (Account No. 095-CA0Q-LV17-00). A general summary of work includes restoration of existing masonry, replacement of exterior windows with new windows meeting Unified Facilities Criteria for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection measures along with reinforcement and strengthening of window openings, partial reroofing of existing SBS Modified Bitumen Roof System, and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
