WHITEHALL SCOPE OF WORK
Provide thermostats, wiring and associated raceways, controllers and necessary programming
associated with the installation of controls for the two pipe fan coils to be located in each of the
Whitehall restrooms. Refer to the Drawings and Specifications for additional requirements.
PATTERSON SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor shall provide and furnish all hardware required for a fully functional control system per
UK standards as specified in 23 0900S03.
• Equipment to be integrated – Reference sheets H-101 and IC-401 of the drawing set.
o Variable Air Volume (VAV) Terminal Units
o Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
o Mini-Split System, CU-1 / HP-1
