Description

This project is for the renovation of the former Lakeside Terrace Apartment building, currently known as Northern Terrace, located at 3520 Alexandria Pike, Highland Heights, KY at Northern Kentucky University. The work includes, but is not limited to: renovation of the existing 77,338 sf facility into a college residential facility. Building is a six story, Type 1B construction utilizing 10” precast concrete plank floors supported by masonry bearing walls. Site work consists of new entry drive, student oval plaza, site regarding, landscape and lawn irrigation. Renovation to include new windows, interior partitions, finishes, as detailed. Structural repairs to the facility include repairs to floor planks, steel beams and other misc areas. Work also includes traffic coatings for exterior balconies. Installation of new HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and IT systems as detailed. All work is in accordance with the plan specifications and drawing details.
