Alterations to ten single room occupancies (efficiencies) converting them to five handicap accessible one-bedroom units in Scope Towers. One Unit in Building 1 and 4 Units in Building 2.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a refundable deposit of $100.00 payable to the Housing Authority of Ashland. We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for all sets shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
