Description

Description

The Work consists of the removal of existing Bridge/Culvert on Clear Springs Road over Big Lily Creek and constructing new 21.5’ wide by 48’ clear span Bridge as described within the plans and details. Also, new construction includes minor approach widening, bridge railing and erosion control measures as specified.

Travel from Jamestown, Ky town square north on North Main Street (Old US 127) about 1.13 miles to Half Acre Road intersection and turn right onto Half Acre Road (turns into Clear Springs Road), then continue 1.0 miles to project site location. Clear Springs Road, Russell County, Kentucky.

Bidders may obtain a set of the Bidding Documents from the Russell County Judge Executive’s Office (phone 270.343.2112). The cost for the Bid Documents will be $75.00 plus postage per set. All Bidders and Sub-Bidders may view the Bidding Documents by contacting the Russell County Judge Executive’s Office at the phone number listed above. Bidders must deposit with their Bids a security in the amount, form, and subject to, the conditions provided in the Bidding Documents. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
