Description
Woodland Glen Buildings I & II Student Housing consists of two new dorms located on University of Kentucky’s campus between Woodlawn Ave and Cooperstown Dr. This project was previously referred to as Cooperstown Building D & E. The new dorms will have 816 beds and be approximately 291,400 sf that consists of 2 buildings with 5 levels each. The lower level will be a concrete framed platform. The top 4 levels will be wood framed. Site improvements include new site utilities and plaza areas.

Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $267.32, payable to Lynn Imaging.
A CD or Electronic Download of the project is available for a purchase of $130.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
The MEP Drawings are part of Addendum 01 and are available for download. Please note, the MEP Drawing portion of the addenda is very large and download times will be long. A hardcopy of Addendum 01 with all MEP Drawings is available for a non-refundable purchase of $224.03.
The Site Grading and Floor Outlet Plans are available under the "Addenda" tab.
There will be a $35.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
