Please Note: Addenda 02 has rebid the project with a new Bid Date of 04-26-13

Construction shall consist of approximately 12,900 LF of 8” PVC waterline, 450 LF of 8” DI waterline, 430 LF of 6” PVC waterline, 29 connections to existing water lines, 18 gate valves, 10 fire hydrants, 2 ARVs, 6 PRVs, 270 LF of road bores, 330 LF of free bores, 200 LF of asphalt replacement, 65 reconnect meters, 3090 LF of service line, and all other necessary appurtenances.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a Non-Refundable charge of $75.00, payable to CMW. We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
