Please note that addendum 01 has changed the date of the pre-bid meeting.

The project scope includes the demolition of the existing Putnum Stadium located next to the Verity Middle School located at 2800 Kansas Street, Ashland KY.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $75.00 (per set) payable to Murphy Graves Architects. We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.

Mail checks to Lynn Imaging, Attn: Distribution, 328 Old Vine Street, Lexington KY 40507.
