Description

The Wolfe County Cooperative Extension District Board, 31 North Washington Street, Campton, KY 41301 (telephone 606-668-3712) will be receiving sealed bids until February 22, 2013, at 3:30 p.m. (per KRS 45A.080).
Bid proposal packets may be obtained from Lynn Imaging (328 Old Vine St., Lexington, KY - telephone 859-226-5850) for the cost of printing. The bids will be opened at a time TBA.

Said work consists of: 1.) A new Wolfe County Cooperative Extension Service building that will be built on North Washington Street in downtown Campton and 2.) General Contractor for said building. Work is to be at prevailing wage (per KRS 337.505). All submitted bids must include a 5% (of the total bid price) pre-bid bond (per KRS 45A.185). All bidders will be required to attend a pre-bid meeting on 02/05/13 at 1:00 PM at the Wolfe County Extension Service, 31 N Washington Street, Campton KY 41301.

Upon award of bid, the winning bidder will be required to post a 100% security performance bond (per KRS 45A.190). The board reserves the right to award bid on best value, the right to reject any and/or all bids, and/or any part of bid. All aspects of this bid must adhere to all Kentucky State Statutes.
