Description
DW Wilburn Inc, as Construction Manager at Risk for the Eastern State Hospital Replacement Facility will be accepting proposals for Bid Package 22 - Equipment and Bid Package 23 - Furnishings.
Bid Package 22 Equipment consists of the furnishing of, but not limited to, domestic kitchen and laundry appliances, commercial clothes washers and dryers, televisions, metal detectors, industrial shelving, wood shop equipment, exam tables, pharmacy equipment, lab equipment, portable x-ray equipment, smart boards and overhead projectors, art equipment, athletic equipment, medical record shelving, stage equipment, and misc items.
Bid Package 23 Furnishings includes furnishing patient room and public space furnishings, including but not limited to, patient beds, matresses, patient room desk and chair, and patient room wardrobes, cafe and cafeteria tables and chairs, lounge tables and chairs, office tables, desk and chairs, waiting room chairs, courtroom furnishings and misc furnishings.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of specifications only is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $250.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
A CD is also available for a non-refundable purchase of 125.00, payable to Lynn Imaging
There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please Note: Fed-Ex is shipped only on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
