A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $70.00, payable to Donald Rochester, Architect . If plans are to be picked up a seperate non-refundable check is required in the amount of $15.00, payable to Donald Rochester, Architect . For all sets shipped UPS Ground a seperate non-refundable check is required in the amount of $25.00, payable to Donald Rochester, Architect . For the use of shipper numbers (FedEx or UPS) an additional $9.00 is needed, payable to Lynn Imaging. A non refundable fee is still required if you are using your own shipper number.
