ESP-2.0 Early Sequence Package 2.0: Early Site Utilities<\/b><\/p>\n
The Chandler Expansion project will involve the construction of a 2.08 million SF, 895
\nbed facility \u2013 with the focus on the expansion of the Chandler Patient Care
\nFacility. The building will accommodate additional inpatient beds and clinical support
\nservices. General services targeted for this location include, but are not limited to,
\nadult and pediatric inpatient rooms, observation spaces, operating rooms, minor
\nprocedures, diagnostic services, imaging services, pharmacy, retail, lab,
\nadministration, support, and meeting spaces.<\/p>\n
The ESP-2.0 work includes extensive utility installations throughout the length of
\nHospital Dr., utility installations on the SE corner of the site, utility installations on the
\nSW corner of the site, and thermal utility work in the center of the site. The work will
\nneed to be completed in numerous mini phases to limit overall disruptions to the
