\nuse in accordance and compliance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Louisville Water
\nStandard Specifications and Drawings.<\/p>\n
\nthis Project is $50,001 – $100,000. If the Company\u2019s Project Manager’s estimate for the Contract
\nplus Company supplied materials exceeds $250,000: a Bid Bond is required. For this Contract, a
\nBid Bond is not required.<\/p>\n
