All shall be completed to the University’s satisfaction. In general the elevator project includes: Complete upgrade and modernization of Elevator system and car. Installation of the Fireman Service and associated smoke detection system. Replacement of any worn or suspect parts anywhere in the system. Upgrading of Machine Room,hoistway, and pit code requirements, and providing upkeep and maintenance for the elevator from the signing of the contract through the end of the elevator warranty.
