Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital New Pharmacy and Training Facility
The project consists of the construction of approximately 15,521 SF new Pharmacy and Training Center building that will be built on the campus of Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital. The Project consists of construction of a two story brick veneer building with concrete slab on grade, wood framed walls, wood engineered “I” joist and steel frame second floor framing, with wood truss roof system. Lump Sum Bid Proposals shall be addressed to the Owner from qualified Sub-Contractors to the Owner’s Construction Manager as follows:
