Scope of Work: |
| The project scope includes renovation of the existing facility, including new mechanical systems, lighting and electrical, finishes, casework, windows and roofing. The 13,000 SF addition is a single-story with a mezzanine, load-bearing masonry and brick veneer with a sloped metal roof and a low-slope PVC roof on lightweight concrete. |
Job Purchase Information: |
A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $300.00 each, payable to Ross Tarrant, the first and second set will be refundable . Any additional sets required will be a purchase of $300.00 each payable to Ross Tarrant.
For all sets shipped UPS Ground a shipping fee of $25.00 is required.
For the use of shipper numbers (FedEx or UPS) a handling fee of $9.00 is needed.
