The Authority will conduct a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference beginning at 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 for the purpose of reviewing the Contract Documents. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Authority’s Maintenance Facility Conference Room, 4320 Park Blvd., Louisville International Airport, Louisville, Kentucky. All prospective Bidders are invited and encouraged to attend this conference.

Description

Description

This project consists of excavation, dense grade aggregate, bituminous pavement removal, construction traffic signage and concrete header, integral, and standard curb and gutter curbing installation on existing pavement at Louisville International Airport.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of specifications are available for a non-refundable purchase of $25.00 per set payable to Louisville Regional Airport Authority. We must receive a check.

Existing plan holders will be notified by email/fax upon the release of any addenda and links will be available below for downloading/viewing.  Failure to order bid sets through Lynn Imaging and not being on the plan holders list will prevent you from receiving the notification and being able to view the addenda.
