Commonwealth Stadium Renovation/Expansion, located at 1540 University Drive in Lexington KY, consists of multiple bid packages and 4 phases of construction. The Commonwealth Stadium Renovation/Expansion project will consist of renovation and alterations to improve the overall functionality, security, and aesthetics thereby satisfying the needs of the University of improving the spectator experience. These alterations will consist of but not be limited to construction a new team store, press facilities, full-service kitchen, additional suites, concessions, restrooms, video boards, security upgrades, and a new recruiting room.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $250.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

A CD of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $21.20.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. Please contact Lynn Imaging at 859-226-5850 for shipping costs for the CD.

There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
