Scope of Work: Construction of a new 6,762 sqft Texas Roadhouse Restaurant located at NWQ East US27 and Grand Central Blvd, Somerset KY.

Scope of work will require sitework, concrete, masonry, wood framing, roofing, doors & windows, interior finishings, sprinkler, HVAC & plumbing and electrical.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans only are available for a non-refundable purchase of $101.97, payable to Lynn Imaging. A CD of the complete set is available for a purchase of $50.00.

The Building Set is available for a purchase of $83.53.
The Civil Set is available for a purchase of $19.61.
Individual Sheets are availabe for a purchase of $3.00/sheet.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
