Description

This project will undertake recommended maintenance and repairs for eight campus parking structures during the summer 2013. The repairs are intended to maintain and extend the useful life of the parking structures. Work will include concrete repairs, masonry repairs, replacement of door hardware, repair and replacement of handrails, installation of traffic membrane, repair and replacement of expansion joins, storm drain plumbing repair and replacement and painting of various elements as required.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $100.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

A CD of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $21.20.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
