Description

Project consists of construction of a one-story 931 square foot addition to the existing building for use as a small commercial kitchen, comprised of non-combustible unprotected Type 2B construction, consisting of concrete foundation and slab-on-grade, cold-formed metal framed panels, and includes related general construction, kitchen equipment, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, with limited sitework, and related minor renovations of approximately 660 square feet in existing building adjacent to the addition. Also included is the replacement of an existing detention door assembly at the adjacent Detention Center

A complete set of Specifications Only is available for a non-refundable purchase of $76.28, payable to Lynn Imaging.
