Champions Court I Student Housing Bid Package 3
Champion Court I Student Housing is a new dorm located on University of Kentucky’s campus between Blazer Hall and Memorial Coliseum. The new dorm will be approximately 285,000 sf that is 8 levels. It will be a concrete framed structure. Site improvements include new site utilities and plaza areas.
Bid Package 3 is the exterior skin and interiors bid package.

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $214.80, payable to Lynn Imaging.
A CD or Electronic Download of the project is available for a purchase of $107.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
The MEP Drawings are available for a purchase of $168.82.
There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
