Please Note that Addendum 01 changes the bid date to 04-08-13

The project will replace the existing two pipe fan coil and unit ventilator HVAC system with a water cooled variable refrigerant volume system. Rooftop units with energy recovery will provide the building ventilation. The new HVAC system will be tied into the District building management system to allow remote monitoring and control of the HVAC system. The electrical scope shall be limited to the power distribution to serve the HVAC system. The geothermal well field for the VRV system is being installed outside of the Contract and shall bring the geothermal piping into the mechanical room.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $200.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $200.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
