Description
Champions Court II Student Housing is a new dorm located on University of Kentucky’s campus between Martin Luther King Blvd and Lexington Ave. The project was previously referred to as Wildcat Lodge Student Housing. The new dorm will be approximately 147,582 sf that is 5 levels. It will have a 1 story concrete frame platform with a 4 story wood frame above.
Bid Package 3 is the exterior skin and interiors frame bid package.

Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $160.75, payable to Lynn Imaging.
A CD or Electronic Download of the project is available for a purchase of $80.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
