Base Bid
For construction of a new 1 story office/community building and various site improvements around the office.

Alternate 1
Provide and install generator, as noted

Alternate 2 Concrete Paving
Pave new lots with concrete paving

Alternate 3 Drive/Apron
Remove existing drive and apron and pave with concrete paving

Alternate 4
Provide fire rated construction around Records Room & Mechanical/Janitor Room

Alternate 5
Remove existing chain link fence and install new

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $119.40, payable to Lynn Imaging.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
