Please note addendum 02 has changed the bid date to 02-19-13

The project scope includes miscellaneous roof repairs on two existing buildings. Demolition includes removal of 23,000 SF of gravel ballast and EPDM. New work to include scarification and recoating of the existing sprayed polyurethane foam roofing system and installation of new EPDM with gravel ballast.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $75.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $75.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
