Please note addendum 02 has changed the bid date to 02-19-13

The project scope includes roof replacement of approximately 59,000 SF. Demolition includes removal of existing asphalt shingles. New work to include installation of felt, asphalt shingles and edge metals. Minor repairs include replacement of metal ridge cap.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $75.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $75.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
