Please note addendum 02 has changed the bid date to 02-19-13

The project scope includes the removal and replacement of approximately 3050 SF of 3-ply modified bitumen roofing at GCEC, and installation of aluminum coating on approximately 4,911 SF of built-up roofing at Lancaster Elementary School.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $75.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $75.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
