Please Note: Addendum 01 has changed the date for written questions to 01-15-13 and the bid date to 01-24-13.

This project encompasses the renovation of approximately 5,030 sf on the third and sixth floors of the Dentistry Building at the University of Kentucky in order to renovate/expand the Pre-Clinical Simulation Lab D611. In addition, the scope shall also include the relocation of the existing Student Wet Lab D603 and Ceramics Lab D624.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of specifications only is available for a non-refundable purchase of $115.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

A CD of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $21.20.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
