untiring efforts as the architect of many of the campus landmarks fromm 1909 to 1937. The Craig Alumni
Center originally served as the President's Home when it was constructed in 1931. It was renovated in 1938, and later renovated again and converted into its present use as an Alumni
Center in 1964. The building will be repurposed once the Alumni Association moves to its new home in Alumni Square. Renovations will include architectural, facility upgrades, and MEP improvements. Please note this RFP is for Architectural/Engineering Services. Construction and renovation will be bid separately upon completion of design.
