Letcher County Soils Conservation District Office

A single story wood framed, brick veneered office building. The foundation shall be concrete footings and stem wall with engineered fill for a concrete floor slab. The basic structure is 2x4 exterior bearing walls sheathed and insulated. Finished with drywall and painted.

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $50.00 in the form of a check made payable to Kenar Architectural. We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
