The project consists of roof replacement, masonry restoration on Dorm #1 Building.
Tear off existing built up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings and roof components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components. And 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings.
Complete masonry restoration and 2-coats of water repellents.
