Pay For Output (PFO)
Lynn Imaging’s PFO plan is a simple solution to your in-house printing needs. PFO is a usage based plan: It offers a minimum charge based only on number of prints your business creates per month. This plan includes equipment, paper, toner, and equipment service. Because every need is included: printer, paper, toner and service for one price; your firm can:
  • Produce your own in-house prints without any expensive equipment purchases or initial large capital expenditures
  • Make the PFO plan a potential profit center by possibly increasing the ease of expensing costs and account tracking for reimbursements.
  • Simplify accounting and purchasing
  • No Price Increases: For the term of the PFO plan contract, you will be protected from price increases on supplies.
  • Have only one monthly invoice that includes the equipment, paper, toner, and service.
  • Have a Flexible Plan giving you the latest technology. You can upgrade your equipment anytime or at the end of the current PFO Plan.
  • In-house service and repair of equipment by factory trained

    technicians.


Lynn’s PFO program offers a Total Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your equipment, we take it out and replace it, based on fair and reasonable considerations.

PFO Plans are offered for Océ TDS100, TDS320, TDS450, TDS700, TCS500 engineering systems, HP Designjet 4000 Inkjet Printers, and select KIP and Canon products.



Lynnpak
Lynnpak is a business solution that is very similar to the PFO plan, but with one major difference: Your business owns the equipment and needs only supplies and service. The Lynnpak plan covers that very important aspect for your business. The abovementioned benefits, excluding provided equipment, apply.

Online PFO/Lynnpak Orders
This online application provides PFO/Lynnpak customers a quick, easy way to place their orders for needed supplies; eliminating any need to fax in, or phone in an order. Orders can be placed at any time and from anywhere.

As a current PFO/Lynnpak customer, your information is held in our system: your address, your machines, and even the types of paper and toner that you need. We even provide you with an easy to use area for viewing your order history. This makes repeating your order each month as easy as ever. We will even automatically e-mail you a copy of your submitted order for your own records.

To get started you will need your current customer number and your assigned password to login. This password is available by contacting a Lynn Imaging customer service representative at 800-888-0693 or 859-255-1021.

Once you are logged in, you will be prompted for a contact name and e-mail address. This information will be used to send you copies of you orders and will not be used for any other purpose. From there you will select which piece of equipment you would like supplies for (if applicable) and will be presented with the list of paper and toners that apply to that machine. From there you simply select the desired quantities and submit. It’s that simple.

Also, once you are logged-in you can view your order history in the section “Past Orders.”

Please keep in mind that these orders are fulfilled during standard business hours. Orders place late in the day or on a weekend will be filled the following business day.

The Lynn Imaging Service Team will ensure high performance with maximum output for your printing equipment. We offer qualified service and support for HP Designjet Printers, Océ Engineering Copiers and Printers, Xerox Engineering Copiers, along with KIP and Canon products.

Our team is factory trained by the manufacturer, adhering strictly to the standards set forth by HP, Océ, KIP, and Canon. We follow up the manufacturer’s warranty with service contracts to protect your equipment investment. We respond quickly to your service calls, offering service all over the entire state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
