Online PFO/Lynnpak Orders
This online application provides PFO/Lynnpak customers a quick,
easy way to place their orders for needed supplies; eliminating any need to fax
in, or phone in an order. Orders can be placed at any time and from anywhere.
As a current PFO/Lynnpak customer, your information is held in our system: your
address, your machines, and even the types of paper and toner that you need. We
even provide you with an easy to use area for viewing your order history. This makes
repeating your order each month as easy as ever. We will even automatically e-mail
you a copy of your submitted order for your own records.
To get started you will need your current customer number and your assigned password
to login. This password is available by contacting a Lynn Imaging customer service
representative at 800-888-0693 or 859-255-1021.
Once you are logged in, you will be prompted for a contact name and e-mail address.
This information will be used to send you copies of you orders and will not be used
for any other purpose. From there you will select which piece of equipment you would
like supplies for (if applicable) and will be presented with the list of paper and
toners that apply to that machine. From there you simply select the desired quantities
and submit. It’s that simple.
Also, once you are logged-in you can view your order history in the section “Past
Orders.”
Please keep in mind that these orders are fulfilled during standard business hours.
Orders place late in the day or on a weekend will be filled the following business
day.
